I was denied a refund. Cancellation is not straight forward and when I saw my subscription had been renewed and emailed to request a refund, they refused, and claimed I was outside the 14 day cooling off period (which they count as the trial period). I haven't used the service at all, and given how poorly I have been treated, will not use them again.
