I'm learning something valuable to my overall health. Some things on the checklist will not be possible at present but will be useful after another 3 months due to previous commitments. Breathing may improve in my exercise routine. And I can eliminate my bedtime snack. How this will work with the CPAP machine and neck pain remains an issue.
