Very informative... I'm learning that there are quite a few things that are simple, but I need to do differently.

bought a 7 day plan as a one off. NO WHERE did it mention a subscription, nor is there any option to cancel the subscription, or even see that a subscription has been started or is active. I have no emails mentioning a subscription also! Absolute scam! I WANT A REFUND FOR THE £50 you have taken!

Fortunately I spotted the recurring payment authorization so cancelled that straight away. First thing after signing in I was confronted with optional chargable extras. Day 1 advice get up and get out in natural daylight within 1/2 an hour? There won't be natural daylight when I go to work for at least another couple of months. No where to record and monitor my progress - eg BP and HRV so any "progress" is purely anecdotal unless you have a 3rd party monitoring app. Looking at my plan I could have got everything in it by googling how to improve my HRV. This is not value for money!!

Absolute scam lol I did the 7 day trial and it’s each day some text giving fluffy advice. Just got charged for a whole month despite only signing up for the one week trial with no automatic sign up.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Billed twice for their 'product' which is essentially just content taken from other websites, not an actual program. Luckily I paid with Paypal and can get a refund. They also set up an autopay in my Paypal which I have cancelled. UPDATE The only refund I received was from Paypal which means they still have their money. Do not have anything to do with this
