Poor customer service. I ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Spoke with customer service and was told to email them with the order number, shipping information, and pictures of the damage and that the claim would be processed by the end of the day. Four days later I called to be told (rudely) that a representative had the email and it would be handled by the end of the day. That was yesterday morning.

Customer service is lacking. I called and was on hold for a long time so opted to get a call back which never happened. I emailed twice with no response the first time. Finally I got a response.

Thomas Setnan was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had plus working with the cabinet people. My suggestion is to provide dimensions of all items in an order when client is sharing with another vendor. Thinking ahead of what the client wants. I have already shared Zline information with my friends.
