The price was reasonable and free shipping. I only gave 4 stars because after ordering it I was never informed about it being shipped. I had to call twice and email once and got a email back saying that it had shipped. I received it 13 days after ordering.

Could be 5 stars but unfortunately i never received the confirmation until I called one week later and then the order was processed. IF I wouldnt called probably the order wouldn't be processed .In the other hand the product was 5 stars perfectly packaged and great quality

The kitchen faucet was just what we were looking and looks great. However I deducted 1 star because you wouldn’t ship direct to Hawaii. So I had to arrange alternate shipping. Thanks

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write your review! Unfortunately, ZLINE does not currently make faucet deck plates for their faucets. We have sent this suggestion over to their product development team for future products. If you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our amazing customer service team!

Jeremy Donnell in TN made my life easier and helped me get the stove hood I wanted! He was a pleasure to work with!
