Our sign looks amazing and was delivered with such care.

awful service after sale. time line was 2.5 weeks after promised, sign came in multiple parts when I paid for a full complete assembled sign. missing many parts to assemble, was not wired so I had to hire electrician to wire it. no response when I sent a email. as soon as sale was made I found them very difficult to work with.. stay away.

Absolutly worth every penny!!! Even with some minor problems in the ordering process, Brittney from support was able to resolved them very quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure our order was sent to production and to us very quickly. We just received our sign and we are blown away by the quality and detail of it. It came out exactly like the mock up and we could not be more happy with our beautiful new sign for our shop window.

all was easy and good with ordering however, i did not like that i'd have to create an account in order to check tracking of the package and when i called about tracking, customer service could not give me the information. also, i paid $29 for shipping protection and was very disappointed that the sign was only wrapped in one sheet of thin bubble wrap in a thin box, so it didn't seem to offer extra protection, basic at that.

Bad service

I went with Kings of Neon due to shipping times and claimed local quality of work. At checkout it said shipping estimate is 2/23. A week goes by without any updates on shipping. Turns out the outsourced labor facility was closed for the Chinese New Year. No mention of delayed shipping times at checkout so this gift (still) hasn’t arrived more than a week past when it was supposed to. Can’t speak to the quality because I don’t have the item.
