Rustic Kitchen and BathReviews of rustickitchenandbath.com

I recently ordered a kitchen sink faucet from Rustic Kitchen & Bath, and the whole experience was very smooth. The ordering process was straightforward, and I received clear updates about my purchase. The faucet arrived in good condition, well-packaged, and exactly as described on their website. The build quality feels solid, and installation was easy. I'm very happy with how it looks and performs in my kitchen. Overall, I’m satisfied with both the product and the service. I would feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Very good customer service and communication. Great delivery and availability! Beautiful products.

We were looking for specific features on our replacement range and Rustic K and B had a model we liked on sale. Then I received an email from Karyn with an extra discount. That sealed the deal:) Great customer service here!

Product received had blemishes to dishwasher door. I submitted request for replacement and nothing has been heard. Shipping time communication was slow (but actual shipping was prompt).

Easy to purchase products from your showroom displays and very professional staff .

A gentlemen by the name of Wyatt was very helpful with this purchase.

Received the wrong item

Rustic Kitchen and Bath made it right after returning a damaged 36" wall mounted range hood from Lowes three times. I appricate Sophie for taking the time to hear my concerns and Alex from Zline. I will use Rustic Kitchen and Bath in the future and recommend them. Thank you
