RushTranslateReviews of rushtranslate.com

accuracy, speed and fee

Everything about this service is outstanding. From submitting a project, to receiving a clear and reasonable quote, and ultimately to receiving a highly professional translation tailored perfectly to my needs—the entire experience was exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding, with prompt responses to every request. Highly recommended!

Quick response and easy to work with. I am still waiting for a translated document provided by a Japanese based company ( they tend to be slow here in Japan). That company asked for a 30 day turn around. Costly too, and was certified but not notarized. So when I found RushTranslate, I submitted the same document. 24 hours and it was ready for my inspection. I do caution with ANY company, proof read the translation for any errors in spelling or names because our last name translates strangely from the Japanese spelling of our Americanized German surname. Even DeepL or Google Translate think it’s another spelling. Even if you miss it and send it to approved by you status, you can STILL request a correction. Turn around is still quick. Send any help for them to make those corrections and Voila! It’s done! I have 6 document requests and completions with this company and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Rush Translate. Before choosing them, I spent quite a bit of time comparing different translation services, and I'm really glad I did. They ended up saving me almost $500 compared to the other quotes I received. What really stood out to me was how they calculate their pricing. Instead of charging for every scanned page, they charge based on the amount of text (around 250 words per page). Several of my documents had very little content—mostly stamps, signatures, and official seals—but other companies still wanted to charge me for each full page. Rush Translate's pricing was much more reasonable and fair. I also liked that I received an instant estimate online, the ordering process was simple, and their response time was very fast whenever I had a question. The translations were completed on time and looked professional. Overall, I'm very happy with their service. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rush Translate again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality certified translations at a fair price.
