There's a catch...
...what you don't know can cost you. I'm sure this is pretty isolated and I wish the three stars were more generic but it has to be pointed out. I chose this company because they translate driver's licenses for use in Chinese driving permits. Won't get into the technical aspects here, except to say that the translation was NOT accepted in China. Rush did cover their tracks with disclaimers but they were very eloquent to the point of not being effective. Bottom line, don't use Rush or any other State side company to get a translation done. Just do it once you get to China. Was quick, very cheap and simple. Oh and and as good will gesture they did refund me 30% ... Uhm ..$7 ...right. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry the translation wasn't accepted and understand how frustrating that must have been. We do want to provide some context for others reading this review. Prior to the order being placed, our team was transparent that we were not familiar with the specific requirements for this use case and explicitly recommended verifying the format directly with the receiving authority, as local offices can have very strict and specific rules. We also provided sample coversheets for that purpose. We delivered the certified translation as requested and as a gesture of goodwill issued a partial refund. We wish the outcome had been different and appreciate the feedback.
