HIPPA compliance in question.
Used your company for a medical document translation. Am greatly concerned the translated document was returned to me unsecured. How do you ensure Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) compliance?

We understand your concern and would like to clarify that your document was not sent as an unsecured email attachment or made publicly available for download. Completed files are delivered through a unique order link over HTTPS, using time-limited signed AWS download URLs. Files are encrypted both at rest and in transit. RushTranslate does not advertise or represent its services as HIPAA compliant, nor did we make that representation when you placed your order. We nevertheless follow established security practices for handling sensitive documents.
