What a load of crap. Runway AI is one of those tools that looks impressive until you actually try to use it. The interface feels slick, but everything under the hood is painfully unreliable. Simple tasks take forever, exports fail randomly, and half the time the results look like a bad student project that’s been through a blender. For a product that markets itself as “professional,” the output is wildly inconsistent. The pricing is the real joke. You burn through credits just trying to fix mistakes the tool itself makes, and somehow the quality still doesn’t justify the cost. Customer support is slow and vague, and updates feel like experiments you’re paying to beta test. Overall, it’s more frustration than innovation—overhyped, overpriced, and nowhere near ready to replace real creative tools or workflows.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung auf dieser Plattform. Dies war mein erstes Mal, dass ich Runway genutzt habe, und es wird leider auch mein letztes Mal sein. Ich fühle mich getäuscht und ausgenutzt. Die angeblich „unlimitierte“ Funktion ist ein Witz und entspricht überhaupt nicht dem, was erwartet wurde. Zudem haben sie mir viel Geld für diesen „Mist“ abgeknöpft. Es ist absolut unakzeptabel, für eine Leistung zu bezahlen, die nicht das hält, was versprochen wurde. Nach Ablauf meines Abonnements werde ich die Seite nie wieder besuchen und kann sie definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass Runway diese Problematik ernst nimmt und die irreführenden Informationen überarbeitet, damit zukünftige Nutzer nicht das gleiche Erlebnis machen müssen.

Avoid this at all cost, there are much much better programs. Costs 15 bucks to make about 10 seconds and thats on the subscription plan. I tried to get a refund because what it generated was nonsense. terrible company, makes sense why its overall rating is 1.2

Absolute garbage and looks like a legal scam …this platform is charging crazy money for their shitty ai service and on top of that when you try to cancel your subscription there’s no clear evidence that you canceled .. most shady platform that I used so far . You guys are scammers!!! Be aware people
