Running WarehouseReviews of runningwarehouse.com

I ordered a pair of Hoka running shoes. I received two left shoes, one of them looked slightly used. After returning them I requested 111/2 wide. They sent me 111/2 d width. I’m returning them and hopefully they get it right the third time. I never had this much trouble with an online order.

I ran in Bondie 6, 7, and 8 throughout middle school and high school. The Hoka website always seemed out of stock, but Running Warehouse wouldn't let me down. I also bought various pairs of speed shoes here such as the vaporfly and endorphin pro. Running warehouse has every running shoe that you could possibly ever need and at a cheaper price than the brand websites. All of my shoes were delivered in under 2 weeks (usually a week after the order, sometimes earlier/later) which was not a problem at all. Would highly recommend for high mileage runners who blow through shoes fairly quickly. Running Warehouse will save you a lot of money and time.

Good end to end experience and will uy from them again for sure. Removed one star from the horrible experience with Fedex who they use to ship items - if they use a different courier going forward its 5 starts from me.

Un grand Merci à vous pour la rapidité et qualités de vos services 5 étoiles bien méritées ⭐⭐🙏🌈🌟🌄🌟🍀☀️🔥🌍🌟

Successfully ordered and paid for a pair of shoes, but suddenly received a notification that the order was cancelled, they said the item was sold.

I bought some sport shoes from Spain and the experience throughout the entire process was satisfactory. Good quality of the product, good price, seriousness in shipping and receipt of the order in excellent condition. Recommended seller.

Wirklich super.

I've owned 8+ sets of Hoka shoes. All the shoes have been size 11. The shoes I received from this company are the only pairs that don't fit- possibly buying them second hand....Contacted the company and explained the dilemma. Her response, "That sucks doesn't it. Companies do that sometimes."... No, companies don't just change the size of their shoes. Regardless, the RWA charges $13.10 for any returns. The disclaimer on the return page is shady/ dishonest. Exchanges are not free of charge. You still have to pay the $13.10 to get the shoes back to them. Returns are NOT free, but if you order another pair from them, they'll ship the shoes to you for free. If those don't fit, pay another $13.10 to return the shoes...and the cycle repeats itself. Representative's sarcastic demeanor and unprofessional approach to solve problems is pathetic at best. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
