I contacted the company because my T50 (older model) door stopped opening automatically in the morning. They immediately sent back instructions on how to program the older models using a tool provided. In about a minute my door was working again and I didn't need to purchase a new door. Company stands behind it's products and customer service is great.

Thank you so much for your patience with me as I "fixed" my door. I am not technically savvy and had to be given step by step instructions to update my older door!

I bought my first RUN-CHICKEN door 5 to 6 years ago. I now have four doors, two of the old style and two of the Bluetooth. One of my old style doors recently quit working, it just wouldn’t take programming anymore. So I emailed RUN-CHICKEN and right away they had a solution for me and the door works just fine again. I love their product and I love their quick and helpful responses to issues! Now, when I say issues I have had these doors for many years and have only had the one issue! And that was rectified within minutes of emailing them!!

Excellent product, we had an issue when we changed our phone trying to reprogram the door, I contacted them by email and their response was super fast. I do definitely recommend their product.

I highly recommend this product. It has worked as promised. I have had my door for 2 years now. Customer support is excellent, I contacted them as I was having difficulty with programming ( my own difficulty with technology!)they answered me in minutes and helped.

We bought this door years ago when we got our second flock and it’s a game changer. It’s sturdy, simple, it works reliably with out fuss. When we did have an issue, customer service was excellent with a prompt and thorough response resolving my issue within 36 hours. They’ve even accommodated for older models in there app update (which is adorable btw). If you’re on the fence, do it. You’ll be glad you did.

I love the simple mechanicals of this door. I love knowing that it will open and close with the ambient daylight, so that I can go away for a weekend and know my girls will be able to get out during the day. It worked beautifully even during our recent polar vortexes and sub-zero temperatures. The only time it didn't work was when it had rained and then there was a quick freeze. Moisture around the edges required a bit of a tap to get it loose. Recently it stopped being quite so trustworthy, i.e. it would open late in the morning, but a quick response from customer support suggested I replace the rechargeable batteries, which were several years old by now. Problem solved. As I was working on the door, the chickens were very curious. They heard the sound of it opening and closing and one very excitedly came over to quick run inside before she missed her chance. They know that sound! I do look forward to an improvement on programming the door. It's very wonky. Took me several tries, but it did work. That said, I stand by my five stars, given I've only had to program it twice in the years that I've had it.

Customer service was great! The app is not working with my older version door so I reached out to customer service and the response time was super quick and they helped me program my door with a link until a new update is available for the app. Very impressed with the customer service support. Thank you
