After conducting extensive research and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to purchase a Run-Chicken. The installation process was quick, straightforward, and the product functioned perfectly. However, after about six months, I noticed that the Run-Chicken was consuming batteries rapidly, requiring a new set every 8-10 days. I reached out to customer support via email, and they typically responded within a day. After running several tests as they requested, it was determined that the device was drawing too much power. They quickly sent me a replacement drive motor assembly. Since installing the new unit, I haven’t experienced any issues or needed to replace the batteries for over four months so far. Run-Chicken has proven to be an excellent company to work with, demonstrating professionalism throughout.

Love it!! This is our second Run-Chicken Door but this first one I installed myself. Super easy! My husband cut the hole for me and it was up and running in 15 Minutes. The ladies are busy checking it out now.

I did ALOT of reading and research before getting this one after a failed cheaper amazon purchase. Based on quality, and price, I went with this one. The runner up for me was the omelet but felt like I didn't need the omelets features. I got this one on sale plus 10percent off. I am very happy with this purchase. Had it for about 4 weeks now.
