Easy to program--even for older people
I love how easy it is to program the door with my phone (and I'm older and NOT a techie). Love the daylight to dark settings, and that I don't have to wonder whether it will open for the day or worse--if it will close at night. I was always paranoid about the reliability of my previous door, having to check it periodically. Love this brand and have now purchased two of them! :)

Very good chicken door
Very good chicken door! Very happy with my purchase. The only thing I think the company could improve on is expediting the shipment a little faster. Overall I still give this door 5 Stars!!

Great product
I'm an electrical engineer and start-up supporter, so I guess I know what it takes to develop such a great product. This door has a very elegant design and well thought out technology. I can only congratulate Run-Chicken company on their product. I ordered two different doors, but unfortunately one of them was defective (this can always happen). I contacted the service department and they sent me a replacement part immediately. Great job guys!

Wonderful stuff
As a repeat customer, I am always happy and grateful for Run Chicken. My flock loves the automatic feeder as well as the automatic chicken door, and I love having peace of mind that my pets will be taken care of by a reliable product. Their support team is amazing and is always happy to answer any questions I have. Great business, great service, can’t say enough about my satisfaction.

Programming
Was having programming issues and customer service was back to me right away. Resolved the issue (probably customer error) and the door is working perfectly.

Great customer service
customer service was very responsive and offered a 30% discount, even though the broken part was over a year beyond the warranty period.

Fast shipping
Online shopping is a breeze, shipping was very fast. 10/10 experience. Haven’t used yet; coop will be put together at the end of the month. Will update review once I use it
