The door itself is the best thing since sliced bread. I had problem with USPS shipping, but once it finally arrived and installed , my life has been less stressful, my chickens and I are very happy with the quality and the large size fits my turkey perfect too. It was a little hard to figure out how to contact costumer care , the website was not as clear as I normally see, and it could use a little update,, but ultimately I am pleased with communication afterwards and using the product too.

I am very satisfied with my automatic chicken door. It has not failed me yet. In my search for chicken coop doors, there were a lot of options that were less money however I saw the reviews on those products and they seem to be cheaper fo me good reason. This product seemed to have the quality to give chicken owners the peace of mind they want when it’s time for the chickens to go in and out safely. 10 stars!

I would highly recommend buying from this company. I now have 2 of their automatic run chicken doors and my girls & i love both of them. Works perfectly. I no longer have to worry about when my girls get let out or in at night. The doors work just as they are supposed to.

Great Customer Service
We were excited when our chicken door arrived (Christmas present), but had to wait until the chicks arrived and got big enough to be in the outside coop to put it all into action. Struggled at the beginning when the door mysteriously would close in middle of the afternoon instead of at sunset. Customer service was very responsive and when first tries to fix it didn’t work they reached out to let me know the firmware update that had just come out would probably solve our issues. I did the update and monitored the door which has now worked perfectly for a week! Very pleased with how much they cared about our issues and with helping to make it right!! Thank you!
