We bought the T50 automatic coop door for our call duck coop and we love it. We both work in healthcare and I work nights so it’s such a relief to have our ducks on a schedule and safe while not home. We are able to see on the camera it open and the ducks enjoying swimming before we even get home from work. It’s been a dream. There has never been a day it’s malfunctioned or not opened. We are building our female coop now and repurchasing!

Great customer service and great products. Thank you for making great creature comforts.

I have been using Run Chicken doors for years on every coop I’ve built for both myself or for others. They are the safest, most reliable doors that I’ve seen, and I wouldn’t trust my flock with any other brand!

This automatic door is the absolute best on the market. The Giant Door is perfect size for my geese and large male turkeys to come in and out of. It is quite and does not startle any of my flock. The bluetooth and app addition to the older the model is a gift from the coop God's. The best part is the customer service. I sent an email with a question and within a day I got a friendly response and the helpful hint I needed. 2000 stars if I could.

The Chicken Run doors are incredible and I am now using them for my goats as-well! I’ve had an older version for my chickens running perfectly for over a year- it keeps them safe and the sunrise/sunset times have never failed. While looking for a solution to let my goats out after sunrise (because I leave so early in the morning for work/in the dark which is a big coyote attack risk)… I decided to try the XXL giant turkey sized door… it works perfectly and my fatty Nigerian Dwarf Goats can easily fit through the door! I cannot explain the help this means for me! I live in the panhandle of Idaho with dark, cold, wet, and snowy winters however, I am a teacher so it’s always been a huge juggle keeping them safe and not letting them out in the dark while also getting ready for work without getting soaked to I let them out etc. This sunrise/or timed door means, I can set their food out each night (in a separated area) and I will no longer need to go out to feed and open goat door manually in the morning before work…that is a huuuuge deal- I am so thankful! I hope to try the auto feeders for the goats and chickens in the future:)

I have owned my T50 door for over 3 years. Other than changing the batteries annually, it has operated dependably. Recently, I had tried to reconfigure the opening/closing times and was having trouble with the programming. I reached out to Customer Service and they responded promptly instructing me to update the app. That was the answer...all fixed!! Even after 3 years, they were eager and prompt to assist me with troubleshooting. I definitely recommend this product for it's reliability and the customer service. Well done!!
