Fantastic product and super assistance per mail.

This product is great, it works great.

I ended up having to return it because I misread the description. I thought it had WiFi, which was my bad. The product seemed to be higher quality and the customer service was great. They let me return it with no problem.

Perfect service! I had 2 questions about my order and they answer correct and fast. Everything from the begin to the end was professional work, well done!

The new battery operated driver is unreliable! I had the electric one for years and was very happy with it and it was always reliable. I go out of town frequently and need something I can depend on to open and close properly every day; either when I'm home or away. The new battery operated model has been unreliable! It frequently doesn't open in the morning so I have to open it manually. Then it works fine for a few days before it fails to open again. I can't have this whether I'm home or not! And closing at dusk has been just as unreliable.

My older model stopped working and was directed to upgrade just the counsel part. It’s working wonderfully. I love that it stays open longer than the last giving my chickens time to get in!

Great product. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The fact that I don’t have to open the coop every day makes the cost worth it!

The door controller quit working but was out of warranty, they told me that I could buy a new door controller but would only have to pay about half price which was great
