Easy install, easy to use

Best customer service I have ever seen. The phone APP had a permissions problem on my phone. Customer service listened to the problem, followed up the next day, and in about 3 days they had uploaded a fixed version. BEST chicken coop door on the market, I should know, I tried the rest which all pretty much sucked and then I found this one and wish I had known about them earlier.

Bought a cheap knock off first time as the price difference warranted the try. This thing is quality, aluminum, and has nothing in common with the plastic knock off version. Works great, worth the extra cash. Cheapo version only lasted 3 months before self destruction. Not including the times it didn't open for the flock, locking them in the coup.

Shipping was fast, set up was easy with steps to follow in the paper instructions as well on the app. Has several customization features and has worked without a hitch since install. Chickens don’t seem to mind it either.

On time. Shipped to my daughter out of state. Perfect

Excellent product, fool proof and reliable. Easy install too

Works flawlessly! Zero complaints and worth every penny

We love our Run-Chicken coop door. It was easy to install and works great. We appreciate the option to adjust the timing and light sensitivity. We did build an awning to protect the door from rain/sleet/snow. However, it seems we should have done that years ago judging from how our flock likes to hang out on their 'front porch' when it's raining
