Run-ChickenRUN-CHICKEN is a young and passion-driven startup, established in 2018 by an engineer with a vision. This technology-driven company focuses its production mainly in the development, design, and creation of utility products. Its vision for the future is to develop advanced technology in the energy field and impact all areas of science. Being a developing company, we are challenged every day to look beyond what already exists. RUN-CHICKEN utilizes the power of innovation in the process of creating a better human experience. And with that perspective in mind, we started creating and selling Run-Chicken Automatic Coop Doors. The Model T12 was our first product. Then, after a lot of customer feedback, we created the Model T40—a number-one seller on Amazon and RUN-CHICKEN’s website. This drove us to produce an even better product. With the help of our customers’ feedback and valuable information, we now present the new and improved Model T50. Along the journey of building and developing the RUN-CHICKEN brand, our team has grown into a team of many. We are all truly grateful for customers purchasing and using our products, and we hope that you will enjoy them for a long time. WE LOVE INNOVATION, WE LOVE IDEAS, AND WE LOVE YOU GROWING WITH US!

Forgot to put promo code in when placing order, immediately emailed them. I got no response and no rebate. Customer service was missing. After posting this got an immediate response and they made good. Would recommend the company and its product.

We were in a big hurry and didn't look far enough so we ordered the cheap copy cat from China. It worked for two months and quit because the gears were plastic. We are very happy with this company's product and would recommend it to friends and family.

Seems to be flawless for now I think it’s just a lil expensive

Thank you Kris! We're trying to provide the lowest price possible, but unfortunately, we depend on global market conditions.

Overall I am pleased. A few issues however make this overpriced in my opinion. It does not ONLY respond to natural light. My warm deck lights keep the door open at night. The configurator is also not overly user friendly and I have not gotten it to work. Easy to install and basic functions work. Would love a wifi connection to open/close!

Thank you Lindsey! We are thinking about adding a wifi feature in the near future.

It took a bit long before the track and trace link became active, but besides that, there has been nothing to complain about. Ik would order here again without hesitation.
