Service client accessible et réactif super

Fast shipping. Great price. My clients are always happy with it

Very good product and it does what it should. The way I program it through the light sensor with the app and the screen of my phone is very smart.

Needed parts to repair an older model of their door and was surprised how fast they responded and I had parts to fix the door within a week. I have 2 of these doors for different coops and I love them. Thanks- Great company to buy from.

just great for me and my chickens

This new door controller is well-constructed and well-designed, and the added latitude adjustment for opening and closing independent of the light sensor is a fantastic new feature that allows one to install the door on the inside of a coop. The phone app for advanced programming works well. We are experiencing freezing weather right now with a wind chill of 18 F and the door is working perfectly. Customer service was superb and went above and beyond in helping me with this as an upgrade to my pre-Nov 2022 door mechanism which did not have the latitude-adjusted sunrise/sunset feature. Having battery power is great because we experience frequent power outages during winter storms.

Had an issue with the motor. They replaced it, no questions asked.

The Run Chicken door is excellent. I bought a door that was a fake. It was all plastic and did not protect the chickens and was cheap. It also closed at dark and would trap chicken. Paying the extra for a good door is well worth the money. Make sure it is a Run Chicken door and do not be fooled by the knock offs.
