This is by-far the best auto chicken door we've owned. We ordered the door and received it in the mail promptly. The only issue I had was that it was missing a single machine screw from the top of the motor housing where it mounts to the door frame. I needed the door set up promptly so I didn't think to contact the company for support and figured I'd replace the screw with one of the many spares I have around. The door has worked FANTASTIC and the chickens never miss the door closing at night. Programming it for different times was super easy too as we have some of our hens come in later after the sun goes down. We live in harsher weather and this door has continued to operate well. Would recommend!

it doesn’t stay set with the configurations. we’ve had to reset them multiple times and have them set on gps mode, and it is 30 minutes after sunrise and still nothing. still wide open. Great customer service. they were very helpful in helping me figure out my problem. it did resolve on it's own, but i appreciated them reaching out to try to resolve the situation. definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a automatic door for their chickens.

Great product, works as it should, but way too expensive, therefore only 4 stars. At half the price of a chicken coop, this is just too darn pricey.

Well my first door lastee just past 12 months and I had to replace it. I did receive 30 percent off on replacement motor. I guess we will see. I would of thought they would have wanted the old motor back so they can try to figure out what went wrong with it.

Coop door works flawlessly, I deducted 1 star because the company logo is missing half of the product name with poor quality paint job.

Customer service responded promptly after writing my first negative review 6 days ago. This was on a Sunday afternoon I might add also. They came up with an option not listed in the configurator directions after a few emails back and forth explaining what I did and how I did it. So far after a few days the door opens automatically. Time will tell if it is truly fixed but they made efforts to get it back to it's intended purpose, to open automatically, and so far so good.

So far I am very satisfied with the door and the customer service. I live in Canada, remains to be seen with the cold temperature how the device will react. Very good build quality, a little expensive but that's the price to pay when it's not made in China. I strongly recommend the purchase. Thanks to the whole team.

The buying experience, website, shipping etc were absolutely perfect. The product design is very neat and attractive, and it does feel fairly robust. I have only had it for one month but so far operation has been flawless. Improvements I would respectfully suggest is that the door is slightly small (although all hens and roosters use it without issue) and the finish is already starting to wear off a small section at the bottom of the door track where the birds walk in and out. We will see how the unit holds up over time. So far I would recommend this door and if it stays functioning this way for years I will be impressed.
