Wonderful customer service!
Keeping our backyard chickens safe is top priority! I ordered the automatic run chicken door and after easy installation, the door was working properly in the default settings. I did want to customize the times and I was having lots of trouble connecting the app to my door. After lots of good help in email correspondence, we finally downloaded the app on my husbands phone and it connected right away. Customer service did not give up on helping me through it all. They will help with whatever you are having issues with. I’m ready to order a second door already! Thanks Run Chicken! Jenny

We waited for someone to make a door…

Chicken math is real
I have used run-chicken for over a year and when it came time for another build (chicken math) I knew just what was going in the coop. I am happy with the products yall are making.

I ordered my door and when I installed…
I ordered my door and when I installed it it didn’t work properly. I contacted them and they tried to get it working but it was not fixable. They sent me a new gear box and helped me set it up. Now it works perfectly. Thankyou run chicken. I’m very happy and highly recommend this door.

Ordering was very easy
Ordering was very easy. I am older so having things like this door only on my phone can be nerve racking but the app is actually very easy to use. I have set the times I want the door to open and close and even changed them too. The door didn’t open one morning when it was 25 degrees so I emailed the company and got an email back the same day. She made a suggestion on something that I didn’t know. So we will see how it works now. We are going into winter weather and I hope it opens and closes correctly.

I LOVE this door
I LOVE this door! This is the second door I have purchased because it is awesome. It opens and closes like clockwork. I highly recommend this door!
