Door malfunctioned and a predator…
Door malfunctioned and a predator killed 4 of my pet chickens. Company "resolved" it by giving me a discount on another one....

Was looking forward to getting this…
Was looking forward to getting this chicken door---what a piece of garbage. Would not program right out of the box! Run Chicken didn't even offer me a replacement, they wanted me to get with tech support (via email), as they don't have anyone you can talk to!! They also wanted me to take pictures. What a crock of crap! Buyer beware! If this thing doesn't work, you're on your own. I put in a claim through PayPal. We will see what happens. Update:. Read Run Chickens response to me below. This is exactly what I said in my review. Buy elsewhere where they will give you a replacement unit if it is defective, and not make you jump through hoops if you receive a defective unit.

Door motor failureDisappointed that my original door…
Disappointed that my original door motor failed so early. Only option was to replace motor assembly at nearly the full price of a new door.

You didn't stand by your Product. countless and endless emails. And I still had to by a new door opener because I couldn't wait any longer. Thank you for horrible customer service.

Free Shipping is a SCAM!
Ordered very expensive auto door and had free shipping. Two days later DHL wants me to pay $21.88 to ship. Sent numerous emails to RunChicken regarding this. They said to pay the $21.88 and they would reimburse me. I paid it but was NEVER reimbursed! I've sent emails but no response. I will never order from this company again!

I need to talk to someone I have bought 4 of these the button that open and close the door broke off now its no good it says 24 7 support well thats not happening I. Don't like giving a bad review but I need help never thought it would be this hard to get some help.

my package says it was delivered on…

Arrived broken after shipping delays
I preordered an automatic feeder and the shipment was delayed two weeks beyond the original shipping date. When it finally arrived I heard a rattling sound inside the box when I first picked it up from my front door. After I opened the box I discovered the door was broken from where it is supposed to connect to the feeder, making it a very expensive large capacity gravity feeder.
