We are so extremely pleased with our purchase! We first purchased a similar product on Amazon for under $100 however, it was extremely unreliable, wouldn’t work, the instructions were poor, etc. so we returned it and decided to spend a little extra on the run-chicken brand and are so happy that we did. Very much worth the price.

Fast shipping, excellent product, easy to program.

Over all very happy with my chicken run doors. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. I have only had one issue with one of my doors since installing them 2yrs ago. In this particular case it would have been easier to speak over the phone vs several back and forth emails.

The first automatic door I ordered had an issue with the button. Customer service email had replied back within 24 hours and sent me a new part, free of charge, by the next business day. The new part works flawlessly so far! Definitely recommend. Super convenient for the chickens to be let out earlier than I get out of bed!

Order process was quick and efficient. Product was exactly as described. Unfortunately it didn’t work with my coop as I have a small one and need to upgrade. Return was amazing. The customer service agent kept in touch the whole process from inquiry of returning until refund of money. I will most DEFINITELY be ordering again when I upgrade my coop!
