Worst customer SERVICE
I Purchased 2 of the giant doors. One is working great so far that had trouble from the beginning. After about a month or run around with customer service the finally agreed to send a replacement control unit. And they sent the wrong part. Now they are saying they sent the right part even after all the videos and pictures and Purchased orders showing which unit i have and Purchased. If you buy one I hope it work and you never have to deal with their customers service. BY FAR THE WOSRT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I will never buy another unit.

Got this door with hopes that it would…
Got this door with hopes that it would last longer than other doors. Sadly that’s not the case. It just died and won’t charge

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. My door stopped working after a few month and have been fighting with them for a week. They make you email people instead of talking to someone. They make you take videos to prove your programming is correct, and basically slow roll the issues in hopes you give up. Going to use a different brand that stands behind the warranty.

Do not use Installation Instructions from Website
After placing the order for our door, we downloaded the installation instructions from their website. We then cut the hole in our coop (to the size specified in the instructions) to prepare for the delivery of the door. Once we received the door, we found that the installation instructions were inaccurate and the size listed for the door was too big. We contacted customer service to notify them of their error and request that they send us the next size larger door so that we could have a properly installed door. The exact response that I received from customer service was "Partially fill the hole with some extra wood". We let customer service know that this was not an acceptable "fix" for their error, but they refused to help out at all. 0 out of 10.....would not recommend based on poor customer service.

Battery life
I have no problem with the mechanical operation of the door. I purchased the door from Amazon in April of 2023. The problem is battery life. The web site says 1 year, I never got more than 120 days. Over time I was changing batteries every 30 to 45 days.

Have not received my door
I have not received my order was told by run-chicken and their shipping partner it was given to USPS which is not true. Just received an email from their shipping partner OSM Shipping Worldwide that it’s still on an OSM truck since July 2, 2024. The last update was leaving Las Vegas to Washington supposedly but they dont know where it is going this is July 9th, 2024 and they want me to wait another 5 days for it to get to USPS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Note: I tried to communicate with customer service for two days to find the truck my package was on and one guy told me to give it 30 days, I don’t think so and email didn’t get me anywhere the most responses I got was after I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they refunded my card. If you want prompt customer service go to Farmlite they answered all my questions ship with UPS or USPS and you can speak to them on the phone by text or email. That’s service and customer service is everything to me.
