RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

I was not able to order the item on line due to technical problems with the website, but when I called and talked with a rep she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Rug was in excellent condition and well wrapped. I am happy with the rumple experience and will be doing all my rug purchases from them.

I purchased a Persian rug, the transaction and delivery could not have been any easier. I highly recommend RugPal to any one.

We recently purchased a rug on RugPal.com and will be returning on every rug we buy online because of the excellent service, quick shipping, and quality rug we received.

The rug is a great quality and came quickly. However, the color varied from what was seen online.

RugPal has a wide variety and its website directs you to the type of rug that you are looking for.

Was looking for a nice looking rug for our rental apartment. We like the pattern and color, quality is ok, you get what you pay for. One corner was a bit frayed and somewhat coming apart, but we just put some glue on it. Decent reasonably priced option.

The web site has an incredible variety of different sizes, shapes, and colors of most of their rugs! It is easy to navigate. We asked them to delay our delivery a few days. No problem! We would recommend RugPal to anyone looking for a rug.
