RugPalReviews of rugpal.com

Fast delivery. Order accurate. Easy ordering on website. Choices in rugs not offered elsewhere. Because of pets, I replace household rugs frequently. This will be my go to place.

I ordered a rug from RugPal recently. The online transaction was easy, the rug was shipped and delivered quickly (delivered on the 7th business day after order). Rug quality is great, and color is just as expected. Would recommend RugPal to anyone looking for rugs in a specific price range / color.

Great selection of rugs and exceptional quality service.

Knowledgable and friendly customer service!

They came up through a google search of a specific rug I wanted. They were a lot cheaper. I ended up buying two rugs instead.

First time I have ordered from them. I was called by customer service that my rug was out of stock. This call was received two weeks after I ordered it. I was told that it would not be in until the end of January and if it came in earlier it would be sent out. I just received a message that it was sent a day ago. I am quite happy. The customer service representative was good and polite and helpful. I did not give 5 stars because this is a first time for me and I have not received the rug yet.

Super helpful phone associate sorted out what I was looking for and led me to the perfect rugs. Colors were confusing online, and she told me that to tell the true colors, look at the photos of the rugs on the floor. Brilliant! Perfect the first time -- no guessing, no returning. Give her a raise!

Rugpal.com is a very easy site to use. There are many brands and styles to choose from, and the pricing seems very reasonable and comparable to other sites. I would definitely use the site again for future rug purchases.
