I surfed, I hemmed, I hawed, I debated, and in the end I ordered. But then I waited... and waited. It seemed like I waited a long time to get the shipment notification. I'm not overly disappointed, but I am concerned that it will take more than 10 days before I get the purchase. Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon? Just know that I will order from RugPal in the future, but be aware that it may take some time to get your merchandise.

The ordering and shipping was great. One of the products arrived with a wrinkle that has yet to go away. We have emailed on what is the solution and were told to reverse roll up the rug. It's been rolled for two weeks and the wrinkle is still there. We'll see how they fix this...or not

No issue with ordering an item, or with a website. Hopefully the overall shopping experience will be great when I got my item and be happy with it!!

During my ordering process I had a few questions. So I went to RugPal site and hit the chat icon to try and get help. Questions were addressed right away. This is my first time ordering from this company, but I'm sure it will not be my last !!!!

I have been searching for this rug locally and no one could get it because of a back order. I was very pleased to find it in stock with rug pal. I was disappointed however that the first coupons I received were for 20% off but by the time I was ready to order the coupons had been changed to 15%. I had the rug in my cart to order but it rejected my order and made it the higher price. At least I got it cheaper than I would have locally so still happy!!!

From the time of ordering to the time of arrival our experience with RugPal was five star. The rugs are beautiful and we have already placed a second order. The quality of rugs met and exceeded our exceptions.

I checked many local stores as well as online stores and found exactly what I wanted at RugPal. My purchase was economical and the purchasing/shipping service was right on time. Thank you!
