Worst company to deal with returns and refunds. No one ever answers the phone on the website and their branch office that they state is in California is not. Try to return an unacceptable item and it took weeks before they respond. After getting the runaround, they decided to either give 50% refund and keep the unacceptable item or send the item back to Vietnam. The cost of shipping. The item back to them is more than the is worth. Would’ve been better off buying through Amazon. At least refunds in returns are easy and without question. This is not worth the aggravation.

Cannot get an update on my order and no one has responded to phone calls, emails, or ticket numbers. Very unprofessional. Took my money 12 days ago!!!!

They don’t deserve any stars. I ordered an LSU rug on December 6th and have not received it yet! Feels like a scam! They got my money and I didn’t receive anything! They won’t even answer the phone!

The rug is Amazing! I just wish the tracking process was easier

The rug I purchased did not look. anything like the rug y’all advertised online it was very poor cheap quality an then y’all kept almost all of my refund when resolving the matter I will never make a purchase from this company again an suggest no one else do

I ordered and paid extra for a rug that was thicker but received the thinner one. It was supposed to be 15 mm thick but only half that. I opened a complaint ticket but haven't heard back yet.
