I have a tall 4.5 year old boy. I ordered him a 5T because he was at the top end of 4T and bottom end of 5T sizing. The fabric is cute, but they’re well past his knee, and I can’t get the waist tightened enough . If I tie it so they won’t fall off, there’s still a gap at the top, and he wouldn’t be able to easily go to the bathroom by himself. The shorts also kind of “bell out,” but that could change when they’re wet. I also ordered two girls’ suits, and they’re very cute, but I wasn’t that pleased with customer service. I called to get feedback on sizing to see if I should also exchange their suits. Really all the rep could tell me was the same info from sizing chart that’s on website. When I told her how long the 5T suit was she said she’d go measure that style/size in warehouse and make sure the sizing was correct. Said she’d call me back that day, and she never did. I thought maybe she got busy and would call me the next day, but she didn’t. I would not have expected her to go and check the warehouse and call me back but if someone tells me they’re going to do something, I expect them to do it.

Clothing is so cute and well made, they offer great sales, the shipping is fast and inexpensive, and they provide quality packaging, and for those readons, I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.

this is the second time I have ordered from Ruffle Butts. The first swimsuit I ordered when she was an infant. It lasted for almost a year and we swim a lot. The design is great because of the open top and bottom so that you are not struggling to get it off and on. I just ordered four items for her, this time a two piece suit which works well for a toddler. The hat and sunglasses really top off the look. I also look forward to passing these items on to another little one since the first suit is still in perfect condition.

I could not be more happy with every product I have bought from this company. The quality is amazing, the clothes are adorable, and prices are great! I have two boys and finish it difficult to find cute and different options for boys but I love all of rugged butts options.

I love RuggedButts clothes! I have been happy with every purchase, but what sets RuffleButts/ RuggedButts above the rest is the Customer Service. I had an issue with my most recent purchase, and Jessica (the Customer Service Associate with RB/RB) was outstanding. She not only resolved the issue, but she went above and beyond calling me on three separate occasions to keep me up-to-date on the status of the issue. Thank you RuggedButts for making adorable, quality, little boys clothing.
