I paid for 2 day shipping on June 22nd. It’s July 3rd and I still don’t have my order. I’m extremely displeased with this company given that I ordered these suits for a July 4th party.

I placed 2 orders, one in April, one in May. I live in Europe and their chosen delivery company (USPS) doesn't provide tracking information outside the US. How is this possible that you're sending items to your customers with a company that doesn't follow up with the orders? Anyway, one of the packages left the US on April 28th and the other on May 20th. Today it is July 3rd and I still haven't received any of them. NONE !!! Last year I had already run into another issue with on order, but the problem was the my country's customs, it wasn't Rufflebutts fault. The order was sent back and they ended up issuing store credit for the amount spent. Now, I just want my money back, all of it, the money I spent last year that I used this year to buy the current orders that are missing. That's my hard earned money and while Rufflebutts uses USPS as a shipping company I will not be buying from them again. I'm sad, because I really love the products, I wish there was another solution. Unfortunately, that isn't. You shouldn't be tainting your business by using such a bad delivery company!

I just talked to my daughter-in-law yesterday and she told me she only received the dress, not the long sleeved shirts. Please look into this. UPDATE; they sent the shirts to begin with and were lost in the mail. So they re-sent them overnight at no cost to me. So pleased with the quick response. Love RuffleButts!

My issue is some of the clothing faded badly after first washing in cold water. Clothing looks like it has been washed 20 or more times. Cute clothes very disappointing.

I’m super disappointed with this shopping visit. I purchased 4 bathing suits and had requested for a 2 day shipping because we were leaving for the beach. It came on time but I only received 2 suites. Contacted customer service they were able to ship the rest to our condo at the beach where we are staying. The items was shipped and when I open the package we had 2 tops and 1 swim buttom. Called customer service again and the lady said she will ship an new swimsuit. Well we are back from our vacation still miss a buttom. Can someone just fulfill my order complete.

The flutter top and ruffled shorts are adorable! Can't wait to see my granddaughter in them. It's a birthday gift for her first birthday in a few days!
