This was my first time ordering for my grandchildren. I will be ordering again very soon. RuffleButts quality is awesome and their customer service is over the top!! This is a company you can trust so order away! I had to email with a couple questions and contacted them by phone also. Their associates were quick to answer my questions and I was so pleased! Way to go guys keep up the good work!

I do love the quality of your clothes but the sizing is so off with your leggings! How does one baby fit into a 12-24 month size with the range of heights and weights? I bought three leggings and they are so tiny that my 18 mo old granddaughter, who is in the 26th% for height and weight, could not fit into them. I've returned this whole order.

When my order arrive I was missing two pair of tights that I had ordered. I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the mistake and sent me the two missing items right way with no trouble. That is how I wish every customer service center would handle problems. Very impressed. Thank you.

Honestly, not impressed at all for the price they ask. I purchased a $27 cardigan that was supposed to ship Aug 26th, and I still have received no tracking info for it, almost 4 weeks later. No idea where it is, but my daughter needed it for school.......3 weeks ago. We purchased a dress at full price last spring, and my daughter ripped the side wide open the first time she pulled it over her head. Stretchy, yet very thin material. Now, she has to wear a brand new(expensive) dress with crazy looking homemade stitches down the side because I wasn't going to throw it away. We've never had these problems with Carters, Target, or Old Navy dresses, for a fraction of the price. Update: I have updated my experience from 2 stars to 4 stars, due to their customer service. Rufflebutts reached out to me personally via phone call and refunded me for the item that ripped; then, gave me a $10 coupon to make up for the item that took 5.5 weeks to arrive. They also gave me free, priority shipping on the replacement order that I made with the refund. Every customer service agent that reached out to me was kind and professional, and wanted to make things right. I appreciate that in a company!

We LOVE Ruffle Butts! The cutest clothing for my daughter and top quality. Worth every penny. Their customer service is truly amazing as well! Highly recommend them to all moms who want to dress their kiddos in the best way!! :)

Amazing customer service! I ordered a ruffle butts outlet grab bag, but received the rugged butts version. They told me to gift the rugged butts order to someone and sent me a new one!
