Nice all the way around

This was the first time ordering from Ruediger Hats so I was a bit skeptical at first. WOW! Did they prove me wrong. The two hats I received were beautiful and looked just how they were listed on the site. An extra plus was the shipping was very fast and I had the hats within a week. Unfortunately, these were a gift and I mistakenly chose the incorrect size so had to return the items. If it wasn't for the incorrect size on my part I would have kept the hats. Ruediger made the return process extremely easy and they were quick, polite and attentive making my overall experience 5 stars. I will definitely order from Ruediger Hats again in the future.

Shipping of hats is he best I've ever experienced anywhere. Discounts, extras with purchases, incentives, and the style and quality are phenomenal. I have make room for additional hats. I have brought more hats from Ruediger's than any other hat place.

Fast service and beautiful hats.

The hats were received promptly and it very well packaged boxes. The 2 for 1 price makes these an outrageous value. The quality of the hats is top notch. Be forewarned the felt is very very stiff but will soften with time and use.
