Beautiful fedora. I wish that this exact style was available in other colors.

I love the hat, but the brim was pretty messed up when I received it. My first thought was to just return it for another one but I thought I would just try steaming it to fix the brim and it worked perfectly and was really quite easy. Now I just need to get comfortable with the wide flat brim. Thanks for a great product and I am sure I will be back for more!

We are pleased with the company in terms of their customer services. They really took the time and the immediate steps to address the return issue that we were having, and made things right. Even though the hat we purchased didn’t work out, this is a company that I’d trust to buy from again.

Hat shipped fairly quickly, arrived crooked in a very sturdy box. So the top had some crushed spots and the front brim was bent up pretty bad. Took some time with the steamer to reshape and work the crushed spots out. Material is a little different than I expected. Not the same felt feel I expected. Overall, it looks good, fits a little big, and will get some good use.

Well, i have now two hats from you, both i would say are great, near amazing. I want to point out that the decor of the hats you make are very mid, not terrible, but also not to write home for. Id say, comming from Texas, the hat band is not a joke. I had to put my own touch on these(happy to share pics) to make them my standard. The hats stability however is quite impressive. I put the first one through a rather depressing emotional torment and it popped back out like new... wear it aboutnonce a week. The second i mix in about twice a week duew to where i placed the feather and card, it is less obnoxious. Id love to find a black hat of the same flat brim style from you, but all.your black choices are too hipster; im looking for a new German classic! All that, i love your products, and as soon as i see that black hat, youll have more of my money! Thanks
