I still have not received a package slip to return my order and it's been almost a month. It says hassle free returns. Love the hats, but this is building bad word of mouth. Please respond to the multiple emails I have sent requesting a label( the correct one) this time. Thank you!

I have yet to receive my product. And I had purchased the two day shipping.

I am completely dissatisfied with everything about my experience. I ordered two hats. One hat was not even close to the sizing it claimed for it was huge compared to all my hats of the same size. The other hat I received was the completely wrong color from which I ordered. I reached out and set up a return process and here I am over an entire week later. I haven’t heard back from anyone and still waiting to receive my return labels. This place is a joke.

Never received the product and follow up emails did not result in locating package, a shipping label does not prove delivery. Additionally there was a carrier change from UPS to USPS which contributed to the questions about the true delivery date and destination different the original shipping label. Disappointed in the poor tracking service and low level of customer services to further investigate my claim - therefore the low rating. I took a chance on ordering this item through the Instagram profile and tracking with the Shop I never received the product, and multiple follow-up emails did not result in locating the package. A shipping label alone does not prove delivery. Additionally, the carrier was changed from UPS to USPS, which created further confusion regarding the actual delivery date and final destination, as this differed from the original shipping information. I am disappointed with the poor tracking transparency and the lack of meaningful customer service to properly investigate my claim, which is the reason for my low rating. I took a chance ordering through the company’s Instagram profile and relying on tracking via the Shop app, but neither helped resolve the issue. While payment was processed without issue, there was little effort made to go above and beyond in addressing a clear delivery problem.

Hat never showed up, company want to spend days searching for something that shows its not even left yet.

Hat is way to big and I used the sizing chart on the order form. I would like to return the hat for a refund. I sent an email for a return and nobody has gotten back with me.

I'm extremely disappointed with this hat that I purchased from Ruediger Hats. Two things that made me completely disappointed and frustrated. 1) Sizing - their sizing is drastically off! 2)Coloring of this hat is nothing - absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website show! There's no burnt worn in look at all to this horribly made hat. I have many, many hats ranging from "Open Road" style to Fedora to newsboy cap to cowboy style. I wear the same size in all of my hats - and from different top renown companies as well. I always wear a size Medium 7" - 7 1/8" (22 1/4" - 22 5/8"). This hat that I purchased from Ruediger Hats, which is a size Medium, is grossly off! It's too big!!! Their size Medium measurements, which is listed on their website with the same numerical measurements, as what I wear and what other top hat companies list, is grossly oversized! I chose a size Medium and the inside is too big! This is not a size Medium and/or a size 7" - 7 1/8"! I have to insert two to three "hat reducers" in order to make it sit on my head! Just frustrated and disappointed with entire product! The sizing is grossly off and the coloring is only, a bad brown. It's supposed to have a burnt/smoky/worn-in look to it... There is no detail to it! It looks like they just pulled it off the assembly line, shaped it - without adding the hand-detailing burnt look! A complete waste of money!
