At first I wasn't sure about the hat. Mainly because in the pictures it looked flat brim and that's what I wanted. But it had a slight curl to it. I seen in the reviews that some peoples came crushed also. But y'all must have upgraded shipping boxes. But although my box and hat wasn't crushed,the brim was crooked slightly. But thankfully you guys put ironing and steam directions in with it. So a little steaming with an iron,I got the straight flat brim I was looking for!! So now I believe I love my hat! I feel l like a JAZZY Wyatt Earp! Lol

The hat size was on the money this is my second hat love them both how ever my first one I bought it from Amazon and when I got it was a return that was not in the description, my second I got from the company and it was new so my advice is buy it from the company

After ordering from Amazon 3 times and receiving this same damaged all 3 times I finally found your website and ordered directly from you. It is in perfect condition, for I just now opened because I was afraid of it being damaged. I was nervous and excited for my hat to come in. But I followed the sizing guide and when it arrived I was surprised on how well it fit and wqs made, not to mention it was packaged very well. I will 100% make another purchase when this one wears out.
