Ordered the XL listed as 61cm. My measurement is 62cm I figured it would be a bit tight, it was in fact extremely oversized by more than the supplied sizers could compensate for. I went to do an exchange, but as I had used a discount I would have to pay the difference to get the smaller size so I started a return. The return response was delayed. I received an apology for the late response and was immediately shipped a replacement at no charge. Amazing customer service!

Love my hat. Good quality, it came shaped pretty good. And it was a nice fit, although i did install the inserts for a better fit. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star because the communication between us wasn’t there during shipping. No email on when it shipped or when it would arrive but the hat it’s self was great I believe they are a company to be trusted and I’ll shop with them again.

I’m really not a fan of the cardboard type feel to these hats but they are made very well. They came on time and well packaged so I appreciate that. I’m going to steam them to see if I can get some playability to them as per the instructions given. I do understand that they are made that way to maintain the original structure, it’s just not for me. I will wear them proudly and for those who like that sort of feel, these are your hats!! Oh, and the price rage isn’t bad either.

Creative hats!!!

I ordered two hats but only received one the other seems to have gotten lost in the mail. I contacted customer service, and they offered to replace it right away. I ended up canceling the order instead, and they issued a full refund. Great customer service!

Love the hat. Size is a little larger than the guide indicated

Was always an admirer of Ruediger Hats inventory. Purchased one that caught my eye. Unfortunately, the size was wrong (my issue). Customer service went above and beyond assisting and correcting the issue. Would definitely purchase from them again.

The hat arrived in great condition, but it was a little large. I considered exchanging it, but it came with adhesive felt pads that help to snug it up. Fit is pretty good now.
