I returned the hat because it has a tied rope. I brought a hat previously that had a ties and I am having a problem keeping them tied. I submitted the return form. One week later, I hadn’t heard anything, so I sent an email inquiring about the status of my return. They responded to the email within two days.

I like the fact that it didn't take very long to recieve my order, however I was sent the wrong size hat not once but twice. Also the color i wanted was not the color I received. I am hopeful that when I recieve the right size, I will be very satisfied.

I received a thank you note inside the shipping box stating “unlimited free exchanges if your hat isn’t the right size or if you simply don’t love the style”. But, when I received the hat and it was too small, and I wrote to the company to make an exchange, they told me their policy is $10 for exchanges or that I had the opportunity to pay $30 get the right size and keep the original purchase. Mixed messaging on return policy is untrustworthy. Still unresolved.

It’s a very nice hat but the measurements are not right . The hat I bought said it’s size 7 - 71/8 . It is to big for my head now I can’t wear it .

Aesthetically, it’s a very attractive hat. Fit and comfort are another story-I ordered the recommended size and it was ill fitting/too snug.

The hat quality is great. The delivery is slow if you live in the eastern part of the US. I would also like to see more variety of fedora-hat designs

I ordered a medium hat to wear to the Red Clay Strays concert Oct 10th. Unfortunately, you sent me a large and I was unable to wear the hat I ordered for myself. Luckily you sent the correct size in the hat I ordered for my wife. Love the hats
