Fit was poor, hat not as expected

I never received my hat😪

My purchase never arrived. Customer service non-existent. Reached out to Rudiger with no response. Shipping said package was delivered. Package was not.

Still haven’t received hat. It’s confusing tracking it through Shop & UPS 👎🏻

My hat was too large and I contacted the company through its "return policy" page, but have heard nothing. Regards, Dudley Glenn Simmons

Really poor customer service experience. After a week of trying to contact you, I filed a claim with my credit card then miraculously I received an email from one of your associates letting me know that he’s gonna personally take care of this matter. It’s been two days since then and I received zero information about what happening next. At this point, I don’t wanna do an exchange. I just want my money back.

Still waiting on resolution to my order issue. It's been weeks and I have not received what I ordered. I got an email response a week or so ago saying they were going to take care of it, but it's been radio silence since then. Customer service is non-existent. Unless they somehow make all this right, my review will remain at 1 star. They'll have to earn anything better.

I am trying to exchange for a smaller size. I sent multiple emails trying arrange for a return or even better an exchange and received no response of any kind either text or email.
