Twice I have placed an order with this company, and twice they have inexplicably canceled the order with no explanation or even an email to inform me that they canceled the order. They clearly do NOT stock what they claim they have in stock. I will NEVER try to do business with this UNPROFESSIONAL company again!

My expierence has been very good working with R.S. Hughes. Their effiecency of providing updates is amazing and well organised. Big thank you to louise H for all her support.

I wanted to thank Jared and Austin for taking care of our needs suppling us over night with 3M adhesive. Our company is doing some extensive sealing tests trying custom sealing geometry and we needed the 3M1300 solvent based adhesive and we got it overnight hotshot. thanks again Guys for the awesome customer service. I submitted an order. I got a phone call that 2 of my 4 items were on back order. I gave the representative permission to mail the 2 items that were in stock and I would wait for the other 2. Not only did I not receive part of the order, but the whole order was cancelled. I email, no response. I finally called and was informed that the rep had made many attempts to contact me and therefore cancelled my order when I didn't respond. I only got one call. I had responded by calling and emailing in response and I'm confused why this happened. The rep blamed me and said if I gave them my credit card info to add to my account, an order would be placed. What a lot of hassle to receive nothing. I might just be done with this company. Very sad.

Online ordering was quick and easy (as usual). Received products with expected timeframe in excellent condition.

I needed a lot of Tyvek coveralls on short notice. The lady who answered my phone call at the Denver facility and handled my order was very friendly and helpful. She was fantastic. Thank you!
