Corrective action pending
we had several packages that leaked because of how it was packaged for shipping. we requested a corrective action and it's been 3 months and haven't heard back from quality department.

Incomplete order of batteries
Ordered box of batteries, received just one sleave out of the box. Called and it took a follow up e-mail days later to ask for a status. The issue took quite some to resolve and then ship.

Recent issue
For the most part there hasn't been any issues and I am able to get the parts we need and get them quickly. My only disappointment lately is that the last 5 shipments have not come with a packing slip showing the quantities, parts and our PO#. The packing slip is extremely important to our Receiving Department.

Delivery deceit
Website said delivery was 1-2 weeks, then after buying, changed yo 2 months. Bait and switch is NOT cool for me and my business.

Order processing
I placed an order at 9:30am and received confirmation of the order and was told I would be contacted when the order was ready for pickup. The following day I called in the afternoon and was told that my order would be pulled and my driver could pick it up within the hour. That meant it took almost 30 hours to get my order. We have been a customer for over 20 years and this is not the way we have been treated in the past. It appears though that this is becoming more of the norm and that is not ok.

It was somewhat easy to place an order but no way to see past orders or track a current order.

Multiple shipments from different…
Multiple shipments from different locations and it took much longer than first informed. Customer P.O. was wrong on packing slips and was informed it couldn't be changed. Packing slips on 2 shipments were un-readable.
