I ordered 62 dollars worth of shop tools for my company. The order took over 12 days to fill. That was problem #1. I repeatedly Emailed asking on clarification of shipping costs. There was no response other than it was U.P.S. ground. Since I needed the product I let it go figuring if it cost 10 to 15 dollars to get it I would suck it up. When the order arrived I was charged $48.45 for a 14 Oz. package. Emailing them post delivery expressing my dissatisfaction I was blocked. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a $25, 5 oz. tube of adhesive online. After a week and no notice, I called, the order hadn't processed and they said they'd contact IT, expect an email tonight. After two more days with no notice, I called back, a nice man named Bruce had trouble finding the order, but eventually did and took ownership. He contacted IT directly and got it processed. It was only available from the Texas warehouse, so no shipping was added yet. Later that night a charge of $71.66 processed on my card. They charged $39.55 for "shipping and handling" A 5 OZ. TUBE OF GLUE!! That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Did the CEO come down from on high and pull it off the shelf and pack it? Will never order from them again.

Scam of a business. The shipping charges are ridiculous and they do not even tell you how much they charged you until they shipped it out

They take your charge card and then state the shipping charge will be added later. The tape was a total of $31.94. Go crazy and charge $20 shipping. Nope. The shipping charge for ordinary ground shipping was $42.23. Very small box 6"x 4" x 4".

Ordered a 50ML tube of locktite that cost $28.00 and the size of an inch worm and was not given the shipping cost until after the product was shipped, that was my first mistake by not getting the cost of shipping before shipping! This is where it gets really frustrating and expensive $$… they charged me $53.00 to ship this tiny tube of locktite from Indianapolis Mn. When there is a warehouse less then 6 hours from my location! Let me say it again; “RUN LIKE HELL” from ordering anything from this business and “I will never again do any business with this company and advise others to do the same! So in all this $23 50ML tube of locktite cost me over $87 now does that sound fare to anyone? Don’t Do Business With This Company……………

They tried to robb me of 950$ for items that cost 31.67$ they store your business info unsecurely that was very appearant. Credit card could be stored unencrypted or even on a piece of paper. I had a long exchange with the customer care agents and it seems that they dont really care and don't see an issue with charging 950$ for 31.67$ item. Like some of the other reviews mention, they signal on the website that the item is available but then send you a message that there is a 2-4week lead time from the factory for it. When the item finally arrived they started trying to charge my card, they claim that the 918.33$ is for 1 day shipping. But like I said the customer care agent doesnt understand that I maybe dont want 1 day shipping rates if I have already waited 2 weeks for my item already. They claimed that they had already sent the item and sent me an email stating so, but further investigation showed that the items had not been shipped at all. You might question maybe the item was so heavy thats why the shipping was so expensive, but we are talking about the most lightweight items available on the store. The customer service at this company is so bad that a possibly legitimate company once has become a total fraud company. I am just curious on how they are still operating with this type of staff. It ended with me reporting my card stole, since it had been by them storing it unsecurly and trying to charge 950$ on it. I recommend if you also did business with this company to do the same before you get your details stolen too.

Terrible experience with RSHughes. The product was listed as in stock with fast delivery, but after I paid, they informed me it’s on backorder for 3–4 weeks. That’s extremely misleading. For a supplier that already charges premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Accurate stock information is basic and critical for business customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering here unless you’re prepared for delays and unreliable fulfillment.
