Rapid Response Team - FloridaReviews of rrtfl.com

Good group of guys. 👍🏼

Ryan Berry was amazing. He took his time to identify any issues and gave me a thorough explanation of what he analyzed a d what the next steps were. I appreciated his professionalism during this stressful time.

Damage to my home on june 13th it's august 24th and RRT has yet to place a single nail in my home .. 2 months of cold showers washing dishes in cold water.. bugs getting inside home .. all I get are empty promises of "we are on it" my insurance company has agreed to.pay for damages and unfortunately for me their preferred contractor us RRT

Very polite and courteous. Let me know where he was and when to expect his arrival. Very informative

Very professional!!!. My pups thought he was pretty cool too.

Ryan and Shyton are absolutely amazing! Very pleased with their knowledge, speed, and teamwork! Give these boys a raise haha

Shyton was the representative that worked in my home he was professional, on time very flexible, walked me through everything that was going on. And definitely gave me some peace of mind about the work getting done on his side.

They are simply amazing. A tree fell on my home knocked the power out and the whole left side of my home, blocking my driveway so I couldn’t even leaving. I called my insurance and they were to my house in a matter of hours. Removed the tree and the talk me through the whole process. Greeting me with a smile each day, and communication was always on point. They treated my home like their home. Helping bag things up removing all debris. I can’t say enough about this team. Darnell, Shia, and Ryan are complete live savers.
