My experience with Rapid Response is horrible. This company does not honor their warranty and their work is shoddy. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The warranty manager is horrible and willing to breach warranty contract and leave the customer hanging.

My experience with Rapid Response Teams was great. They did a wonderful job. They explained everything to me very clearly what they were going to do. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Mr.Kenny Tuck has a very calm spirit.He made my experience a piece of cake. I would definitely use them again. Money well spent. Where do I begin. Let's start with Kenny Tucker, who is hands down the BEST Project Manager EVER! The level of professionalism and care that was put into this project is unmatched. He walked me through every step and executed with diligence. It was almost as if my home was his, and made sure that every little detail was done with care. I've had many disappointments with contractors over promising and not completing projects, so I was definitely skeptical, but Kenny Tucker is a man of his word! I was literally brought to tears when my project was finished. Kenny, from the bottom of my heart....I THANK YOU! I hope and pray your employer recognizes you for the asset you are! I would do it over and over again, ONLY if you were in charge! Great job!

My home suffered damage from a hailstorm and tornado. I chose RRT for the repair and the roof was the first repair. They did a great job on it, then came the fence replacement. They have been working on the fence for over three weeks and have completed about 10% of the work. The crew rarely shows up, and when they do, it's only for a couple hours. They are fastening the fence boards with staples, and when I complain to the main office, I only get excuses and no action. DON'T EVER USE THIS SCAMN COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. I know this is my last experience with them.

Hurricane Ian damaged my roof, allowing water in that came through the ceiling in my living room. It also totally destroyed my pool cage & through debris against the house, damaging my garage door, allowing critters access to my house. My insurance company, Aetna, assigned the Rapid Response Team in Bradenton to repair the damage. Rapid Response assigned Jo-Anne Rader to manage the project, which included replacing the roof, repairing the water damage and replacing the garage door. I was able to get the roof patched in the week following the storm. The pool cage was not covered by insurance, so I needed to arrange for its replacement myself. I selected Aluminum Magic of Sanford, FL. This required coordination between the two companies, that was handled seamlessly by both parties. While it took awhile for work to begin, as my work was lower priority than the thousands of individuals who were rendered homeless by the storm, once started, work proceeded quickly. As a retired manager of plant-wide IT systems, I am impressed with both Ms Rader's management skills, as well as the speed and quality of the work performed by her team. I have nothing but praise for both the way the Rapid Response team managed & executed the project, as well as for the seamless coordination with Aluminum Magic that was completely transparent to me. Note: Date of completion was due to my unavailability for much of the late spring & early summer.

What made our experience great was working with our Project Manager Jo-Anne! She stayed consistently on the project, was persistent and communicative and is of the highest integrity and got things done to our satisfaction and beyond. She was excellent in managing the restoration of our hurricane damaged roof and rafter, our garage ceiling, fascia, soffits and gutters to their original condition. She is a definite asset to the company. The workmen she hired did a wonderful job. We are grateful to her, her team of workers and the entire RRT from start to finish for all they did to help us through this difficult time. Thank you!

On 9/24/21, our home was hit by lightning & a fire started. We moved out for 10 months & moved back on orders of PTI when only 40% were complete. On 10/8/22, RR walked off the job for no valid reason. They had access 24/7, and I chose all the materials except the closet. They removed my son's handicap ramp; the bathroom is just a cement pit, and there is a bathtub in my office. It is over 1.5 years since the fire, and RR has not returned. I can't use another vendor, so I have to wait. When are you going to finish the job? BTW the flooring is not wheelchair accessible which we had before.

Horrible customer service After 20 years with Rapid as the best comer service I have ever had.... they are now the worst customer service I have ever had. Not my first complaint that went ignored So bad in fact that my alarm monitoring company has also left them after many years... because of the many complaints like mine Do your own diligence before you sign up with this company
