Rapid Response Team - FloridaReviews of rrtfl.com

Hurricane Isaias left an oak tree in my backyard on top of my pool cage. The hurricane happened on Friday night. The tree was gone by Monday afternoon. All photos and documentation were able to be signed and submitted using my cell phone. The team who removed the tree (Twisted Trunk Tree Service, LLC) were very kind and efficient. Kenny Tucker followed up with me personally and let me know they were here to help if anything further was needed.

Excellent work product after wind and water damage from a Florida hurricane, that damaged my condo in South Pasadena, Fl. The condo association had Rapid Response crews facilitate mold mitigation, removal of my damaged inner bedroom wall, and the scraping of the “popcorn” ceiling. I had to wait substantial time for an unrelated outside contractor to complete the roof repair. Once that was done, Jeff Nash coordinated with me, obtained permitting, and sent his crew to replace my drywall, and sprayed the popcorn ceiling. My cosmetic finishing was not covered by the condo’s hazard insurance, but I was given a reasonable estimate for paint and molding replacement. I was very happy with the results as everything has been restored to its original status. Thank you, Rapid Response.

Everything was amazing.

I am very satisfied with the service from Alan and Josh. After the water pipe incident, they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Both were approachable, professional, and took the time to answer all my detailed questions. I truly appreciate their dedicated assistance. Highly reliable!

Had condo assessed by Matt and Gilberto due to damage from hurricane Helene. Both were very personable, professional, and took time to answer lengthy questions. Grateful for their help and looking forward to working with them on the restoration of our condo.

The Rapid Response Team (Jesus, Carlos, Jacob, Adam and the rest of the staff) did a great job on the mold remediation in our house. They were very quick to respond to our initial request, and were able to get started right away. The whole team was very professional and did a great job with the remediation. They handled everything including arranging the final mold clearance sampling. Since our insurance won't cover the damage, they were very respectful of watching costs and discussing everything with us during the process. I would absolutely use them again!
