Rapid response did a great job on my parents home last month all was great until the roofing company they contracted HD roofing arrived the roofers looked like they were minors so we were extremely worried the whole time of any injuries or falls happening on the property glad nothing happened the supervisor Was a heavy set guy who was extremely unprofessional and couldn’t answer any questions directly didn’t seem to knowledgeable this is the second time using RR but after this experience with there roofing company not sure I would recommend or use them again.

Two great young men, Logan and Bobby, just left our house after three days of working to remove mold from an area in the ceiling. They were always informed us as to what they were doing and why the were doing the procedure. Very polite and worked non stop to complete the project. Would recommend them anytime. Very professional and reliable. They area setup in a very efficient way with a project manager always in charge, who addresses all the questions and request you have and cascades down to contractors or people actually doing the job. They go the extra mile ensuring you are satisfied with all aspects of the work, from choosing the materials to all the finishing touches. I was always informed of the timeline they were working with and they made sure all the time that I was in understanding on any delays.

I was pleased in September 2018, but not this summer, when repairs were necessary following multiple roof leaks from the original job! I first contacted RRT on June 17. The roof repair happened TWO MONTHS later, on August 14, but the inside repairs (small areas of water-soaked ceiling and wall) are STILL not done as of September 12! No one from RRT has checked back to see how things are going.i just messaged Owen Romero of HD Roofing about the unfinished work, and he claims his guys told him they had completed the inside. Nope.

This repair your rapid Reponce done to this home I would be I would say the painter did a terrific job the repairs were never completed paint all over the front yard and the front outside wall has rust stains from the roof not being done probably

Almost everything was OK, exception: It was my understanding that Rapid Response would see the installment all the way through, but they did no as Replacement of a single 48" flourscent light did not get done. It was done by me
