The tech was very quick and polite and thorough in his response. He explained everything and provided a lot of detail about what would be going on with the machines and how everything worked. He was very respectful of our home and the situation.

We had the pleasure of having work done by The Rapid Response Team of Jacksonville specifically Devonte Stamps team. They were on time, very helpful, courteous and professional. Not only were they extremely proficient, they were also very fast and accurate! Shyton and Thomas (The Jacksonville FL Team) were so great at what they do! We are very happy with their work and would refer them to anyone looking to have work done here in the Jacksonville area!

We had a overflow of water in our home and our insurance company referred us to Rapid Response Team in Bradenton. They called right away and send someone out. All I know, is they send the right person for the job, his name was Jesus. Jesus walked us through the whole process, and explained everything. He included us in the process and let us know what he was doing every step of the way. Workers like that need to be credited for all their hard work.

I worked for Rapid Response for almost 6 years and one week before covid-19 hit I was fired with no notice. The branch manager in Bradenton is shady and a liar. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

i was coming back from the Bay Pines Va one day and a white guy shaved head porkchop looking sideburns was switching lanes and ran me off the road and i know he didn't even look to see me because i could see in his side mirror. Cool whatever. Not even a couple minutes later this jacka$$ does it again. So i hunk the horn and move in front of him because obviously bouncing around his truck to his music is or whatever he was doing hold his phone up while he was driving was more important than other drivers safety. Then he pulls up beside me and starts taking pictures and laughing like he was going to do something. highly doubt it. you sir, are very lucky.
