******SAFETY WARNING
******SAFETY WARNING: Privacy Breach and Unacceptable Conditions at Royalton Grenada ****** I am writing this to warn other travelers—specifically families and women—about our recent stay at the Royalton Grenada. As a Delta Platinum Medallion flyer, I expected a level of service and safety that was completely non-existent. The Major Issues: Safety Breach: The most disturbing part of our stay was a peeping tom incident involving a resort employee looking into our room. This was a massive violation of privacy and a serious safety concern that made us feel immediately unsafe on the property. Uninhabitable Room: The room was in total disrepair. The shower and toilet failed consistently, and when it rained, water flooded into our room through the front door. Severe Food Shortages: The resort is struggling with basic supplies. We were frequently told items were unavailable after ordering; at one point, the Italian restaurant ran out of tomato sauce entirely. Failed Service: We waited nearly two hours for food at Grazie, with no staff member ever returning to check on us. The Response: Because of the safety incident and the room conditions, we felt we had no choice but to cut our trip short and leave two days early. Despite the severity of these issues, the resolution offered by Delta Vacations and Royalton Grenada was entirely inadequate. They attempted to provide a minimal credit and a partial refund, but only on the condition that I sign a "Full and Final Release" legal document. I have formally declined this offer. I refuse to sign away my rights or stay silent about a safety breach in exchange for a settlement that doesn't even cover the unused portion of our stay. Final Verdict: Do not stay here. Between the lack of basic maintenance and the serious safety concerns involving staff, this resort is a liability. #RoyaltonGrenada #DeltaVacations #TravelWarning #Grenada #LuxuryTravelGoneWrong #CustomerServiceFail
