1st thing that made my experience excellent, no waiting time. TRT doctors in my area have a minimum of 3 months waiting time just to be seen from the offices I called. From the time I reached out to Royal, I had blood work done, online dr visit, donated blood, then meds in less than a week and a half. Royal staff is very professional and answered all questions. I also like that they trust their patients to keep and use medications at home, rather than doctors most likely in my area would require me to come in and get my shots every week. More doctors should be like Royal and trust their patients. I am 49 work long hours go to the gym and do the family thing, last thing I need is a doctors appointment every week to get a shot. Royal is very convenient and trustworthy as far as I can tell. I hope my positive experience with Royal continues.
